AI Engineer – Internal Agents & Workflows

📋 Description Design and deploy AI-driven automation to improve team efficiency. Build AI agents, workflows, and copilot experiences. Integrate with internal platforms (Slack, Jira, email, calendars, CRM, data warehouses). Develop RAG solutions for internal docs with source references. Automate areas like support, sales, recruiting, engineering. Implement security, RBAC, and permission-aware retrieval. 🎯 Requirements Strong software engineering fundamentals; clean, testable code. Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, JSON schemas, tool calls. Design multi-step AI workflows (loops/state machines). Hands-on with Claude Agent SDK, MCP, LangGraph, OpenAI Assistants.
