📋 Description Lead escalation for complex deployment issues during migrations (Cisco‑to‑Fortinet/Juniper). Troubleshoot Fortinet, Juniper, and legacy Cisco devices during cutovers. Support field techs with real‑time guidance and root‑cause analysis. Own network change controls lifecycle in ServiceNow. Lead deployment, validation, and post‑deployment tuning of network gear. Maintain standards across branch refresh activities. 🎯 Requirements Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) experience. Juniper switches and wireless solutions expertise.
