📋 Description Own Silver- and Gold-layer modeling in dbt. Build and govern semantic layer for single truth. Lead BI tooling strategy and enablement. Translate business questions into durable models & metrics. Improve warehouse performance and cost efficiency. Partner with stakeholders for self-serve analytics. 🎯 Requirements 5-7+ years data/analytics engineering exp Expert SQL and dbt, data modeling, metrics governance Experience with Snowflake or BigQuery Semantic layer tools knowledge (dbt Semantic Layer/MetricFlow) Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) Python for transformation and automation 🎁 Benefits Salary Range: $140,000 to $160,000 4-Day Work Week (32 hours) US Remote — Work From Anywhere Profit Sharing Bonus 3 weeks PTO + Sick Leave + Bereavement 11 paid holidays
