Provide technical leadership and mentor team members across projects. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years as Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Analyst for retail Strong experience with cloud-based Merchandising, PLM, Planning, Allocation, and Oracle Retail Solid SDLC knowledge (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum). Experience gathering requirements, documenting specs, and translating needs into technical Knowledge of merchandising system integrations, reporting, dashboards, and admin activities. Experience testing, troubleshooting production issues, and managing system enhancements. 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary range of $136,793 – $150,000.
