📋 Description Lead design, development of cloud-native AI apps on Azure Build AI services with RAG, prompt orchestration, model integrations Establish reusable AI delivery frameworks and governance Collaborate with security/compliance for data protection Provide architecture guidance and hands-on development Mentor engineers in AI-enabled development practices 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field (or equivalent) 5+ years in software/cloud app development with AI/ML experience Hands-on with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Foundry, Search) Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, orchestration, model integration Proficient in Python, C#/.NET; Azure cloud-native app dev CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, observability, Agile 🎁 Benefits Salary range: $104,500 - $136,000 annually Performance-based incentives and RSUs Fully remote work within the United States Medical, dental, vision insurance HSA contributions and employer matching 401(k) with company matching
