IT support Engineer

📋 Description Provide IT support for internal users and contractors. Install, configure, troubleshoot laptops, workstations, printers, devices. Manage Windows, Mac, Linux on user devices. Manage user device environments with management tools. Create/manage accounts in Okta, AD, Azure AD, Office 365. Perform physical network tasks: patching, ports, cabling. 🎯 Requirements Secondary or higher education. Fluent Armenian and English. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to create structured documentation. 2+ years' experience supporting IT devices. Experience with Windows, MacOS, iOS, Linux and business software. 🎁 Benefits Health insurance.
