📋 Description Oversee operations of Moniepoint facilities in the assigned region across Nigeria. Manage property acquisition, office development, and lease lifecycle. Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance; implement preventive maintenance. Develop 2D/3D workspace designs and layouts to meet brand standards. Coordinate project timelines, vendors, and budget to deliver scalable infrastructure. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 7 years in facilities management, infrastructure development, and project execution. Strong space planning and 2D/3D design experience (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; excellent project management skills. HSE knowledge with valid certification (NEBOSH/OSHA/ISO 45001).
