📋 Description Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for a compensation platform used across Build production-ready systems with strong testing practices, monitoring, observability, and Own features end-to-end from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify customer Contribute technical expertise during product discovery and help shape product direction. Improve system performance, error handling, latency, and data consistency. 🎯 Requirements Strong backend engineering fundamentals with production systems experience. Experience building scalable services with reliability, performance, and maintainability. Knowledge of software testing, observability, monitoring, and production operations. Experience with CI/CD practices and shipping incremental changes via collaborative workflows. Product-minded with ability to understand user outcomes beyond technical implementation.
