📋 Description Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems for a compensation platform. Develop reliable backend services to support multiple markets with regulatory needs. Design APIs, databases, and architectural improvements to boost performance and maintainability. Own features end-to-end from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to solve customer problems. Contribute to engineering standards through reviews and knowledge sharing. 🎯 Requirements Strong backend fundamentals; production systems experience. Experience building scalable apps with focus on reliability and performance. Understanding of testing, observability, monitoring, and production ops. Experience with CI/CD and collaborative development workflows. Product-minded mindset, customer outcomes-oriented.
