Senior Engineering Manager - Fullstack

📋 Description Lead a high-performing software engineering team focused on both leadership and hands-on Design, develop, and deliver scalable microservices from architecture through production deployment. Lead backend system design, ensure robust, secure, and maintainable solutions. Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve Own development, testing strategy, design discussions, and operations of containerized API services. Participate in agile software development from design to deployment. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years as a Backend developer with at least 4+ years of team management. Experience with server-side technologies: Java, Springboot, SQL, PostgreSQL. Strong experience in React. Fluent with relational databases; experience with large-scale SQL/NoSQL databases. Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
