📋 Description Lead the Developer Experience organisation across internal developer platform, tooling, CI/CD, and Remove friction from the software lifecycle to improve developer productivity at scale. Partner with Product, Security, Infrastructure, and engineering leadership to define strategy and 🎯 Requirements Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams in a fast-growing tech company. Strong backend/cloud/platform background with credibility to influence architecture decisions. Experience building/scaling internal developer platforms, tooling or infrastructure orgs. Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, Docker and modern CI/CD practices.
