AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and maintain the AI execution platform and governance layers. Own architecture decisions to productionize AI agent systems at scale. Develop evaluation layers for safety, accuracy, and production readiness. Create golden test suites, safety checks, and CI gates to prevent unreliable AI from deployment. Build portfolio of AI agents supporting business workflows. Develop meta-level systems to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience building and deploying production LLM agent systems used by real users. Strong AI evaluation methodology knowledge (golden datasets, judge criteria, safety testing Experience designing reliable AI workflows with emphasis on correctness, traceability, and Deep API integration with business systems and MCP servers. Strong Python, cloud (GCP), data warehouses, and IaC tooling experience.
