📋 Description Develop reliable, scalable backend services for a compensation platform. Design and implement APIs, databases, and architecture to improve performance. Build production-ready systems with testing, monitoring, and resilience. Own features end-to-end from discovery to deployment and improvement. Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to solve customer needs. Improve performance and data consistency through optimization. 🎯 Requirements Strong backend fundamentals with production systems experience. Experience building scalable apps with reliability and maintainability. Solid testing, observability, monitoring, and production operations. CI/CD practices and collaborative development workflows. Product-minded with focus on user outcomes. Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud infra (AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Datadog). 🎁 Benefits Fully remote opportunity within Europe.
