📋 Description Provide independent 2LOD assurance over risk management framework, controls and processes for Monzo Ensure compliance with Irish and EU regulatory obligations and internal governance standards. Design, execute and report on assurance reviews across conduct, financial crime, IT, information Foster risk culture and enable oversight by senior management and the Board. Engage with stakeholders to understand product/risk profiles and support risk-based decision making. Contribute to the annual risk assurance plan using regulatory trends and horizon scanning. 🎯 Requirements Strong background in risk assurance, internal audit and/or risk management within banking/fintech Experience planning and executing assurance activities, including root-cause analysis. Proven track record across ICT, Information Security, Financial/Prudential, Fraud and Financial Deep understanding of COSO, ISO risk frameworks and practical 2LOD oversight. Hands-on risk and control testing with attention to detail and identification of gaps. Ability to communicate findings clearly; proficient in data analysis and presenting to stakeholders. 🎁 Benefits Hybrid working model based in Barcelona with occasional travel to Dublin/London.
