📋 Description Oversee live data quality for NBA and G-League tracking systems. Assist and remotely supervise game technology operations from Atlanta HQ. Travel to arenas across North America for calibrations, installations, and maintenance. Troubleshoot real-time hardware/software issues with Basketball Leadership. Mentor operators and implement workflow improvements. Coordinate actions across arenas and maintain clear external communication. 🎯 Requirements In-Depth basketball knowledge and workflows. Leadership and mentorship experience. Strong technical troubleshooting in live sports tech. Physical ability to lift/move hardware up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication; proficient with ClickUp and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.
