Senior Data Architect / Data Engineer

📋 Description Lead complex data transformation and migration across ~11 legacy systems. Develop unified or semi-unified data models balancing consistency and flexibility. Write scripts for migration, transformation, validation, and cleanup. Mentor junior/mid-level data engineers and set data patterns/best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and future-state needs. Hands-on architecture work with hands-on coding when needed. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in data engineering/architecture or related field. Strong data modeling, relational schemas, mappings, normalization. Experience with legacy systems and large-scale migrations. Proficient in SQL; able to write data transformation scripts quickly.
