📋 Description Lead shifts in a high-volume Domino’s store to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals. Support General Manager in daily operations and KPI attainment. Coach and develop Team Members; manage scheduling and labor. Ensure store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards. Operate store equipment (ovens, prep tools) and manage inventories. Implement marketing and operational initiatives with RPM/Domino’s standards. 🎯 Requirements Must be 18+ (21+ to drive); strong verbal communication. Successful RPM training completion; team oriented, positive attitude.
