📋 Description Support implementation of training programs for new hires and existing staff Coordinate with training leadership, operations, and support teams Monitor training effectiveness via data analysis and feedback Collaborate with Service Delivery, Quality, and Operations to target gaps Plan and deploy training initiatives that meet business needs Prepare reporting updates and training metrics for stakeholders 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 3 years of BPO experience 1–2 years supporting or coordinating Sales Training At least 1 year in a POC or Supervisor-level role Strong sales leadership; ability to drive performance Solid understanding of training/learning principles Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
