Autonomous Vehicle Operator, Downtown San Francisco (Overnight Shift, 12-Month Duration)

📋 Description Operate autonomous test vehicles in manual and autonomous mode up to 8 hours/day Collect data and provide feedback to engineers Troubleshoot issues with Mission Operations to meet mileage targets Conduct daily vehicle inspections before/after missions Perform basic vehicle maintenance (wash, tires) as needed Interact with the public to educate about autonomous tech 🎯 Requirements Current California driver’s license; 3+ years US license Clean driving record; pass background check and drug test Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfort with laptops/tablets/phones for documentation Problem-solving, calm under pressure, and independent work ability Willingness to work overnight shifts (Fri-Tue), 10pm-6:30am PT 🎁 Benefits Full benefits with temporary 12-month duration Base hourly rate $27/hour for Morning shift; weekend differential Discretionary biannual contract completion bonus Equal opportunity employer; inclusive culture
