📋 Description The Senior Legacy Conversion Consultant will analyze, migrate, and modernize enterprise Analyze legacy applications to determine modernization and migration strategies, especially CA Execute application migration projects using automation and structured conversion approaches. Apply enhancements, fixes, and optimizations throughout migration lifecycles. Define migration approaches for components: DB access, online transactions, batch processing, UI Support phased migrations across target platforms including mainframe environments and modern 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field. Strong experience with CA Gen (Cool:Gen) and legacy environments. Proven track record delivering migration, modernization, conversion, or re-platforming projects. Understanding of Gen Models, Action Diagrams, Data Models, online/batch processing, DB access, and Experience with mainframe environments (3270 block-mode).
