📋 Description Embed with internal teams to understand workflows and translate needs into technical AI solutions. Lead AI office hours and company-wide hackathons to drive experimentation. Evaluate and configure AI tools; make build-vs-buy recommendations. Design, develop, and deploy bespoke AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows. Create reusable resources: playbooks, prompt libraries, templates, guides. Architect templatizable AI workflows for scale across teams. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in CS or equivalent; graduate degree a plus. 5+ years in engineering/solutions engineering or enablement roles. 3+ years building AI-centric products with ML, LLMs, and RAG. Deep Python expertise; experience with AI frameworks and LLM integrations; cloud hosting (AWS, GCP Proven track record running enablement programs and scalable docs/resources.
