Physical Therapist

📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility and ambulation. Implement wound care and protective interventions with evidence-based dressings. Develop and implement individualized care plans with manual therapies and gait training. Continually assess and revise the PT care plan with nursing in the multidisciplinary team. Educate clients and families to promote health, safety, and independence. 🎯 Requirements A current New Jersey Physical Therapist license. Graduation from an APTA/CAAHEA-accredited program. Ability to work independently and manage time. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
