📋 Description Oversee and manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget Manage/Supervise staff on daily operations and performance. Lead and motivate team to achieve objectives and milestones. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact team success. Oversee development and implementation of child care management processes and best practices. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field, or equivalent work experience. 2 to 3 years' experience in TANF programs. 3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent education/experience. Commitment to customer-focused service delivery systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong management/organizational abilities.
