📋 Description Lead global data operations for Workstream’s robotics division. Partner with Recruiting and People Ops to drive high-volume participation. Own data output quality and weekly footage targets with compliance. Initially remote; transition to office-based as local office is established. Manage a distributed team across labs and data contributors. Build foundation for future robotics data systems and processes. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in Operations Management with distributed or gig workforces. Technical savvy with multi-camera hardware; teach nuances of multi-angle recording. Experience coordinating across global teams (Philippines, US) and cultures. Analytical mindset to identify issues in unusable footage and improve training data. Background in AI data labeling, computer vision data collection preferred.
