📋 Description Primary liaison between Hudson County One-Stop Career Services and ETPL training providers Develop and maintain relationships with training vendors offering in-demand programs Expand training portfolio with new ETPL-approved providers Review vendor agreements for WIOA and NJDOL compliance Visit providers to verify program alignment and quality Coordinate documentation with TDS team for timely processing 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years relevant experience Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication Proven ability to build B2B/B2C relationships Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability 5+ years in training program development or related fields Familiarity with human services and vocational workflows 🎁 Benefits confidential information kept per EEO guidelines Equus is an Equal Opportunity Employer
