📋 Description Operate autonomous test vehicles in manual and autonomous modes up to 8 hours daily Collect data with proprietary software and provide feedback to engineers Troubleshoot operational issues with Mission Operations to meet mileage targets Conduct daily vehicle inspections before/after missions Perform basic vehicle maintenance (e.g., washing, tire inflation) Interact with the public to explain autonomous vehicle tech and behavior 🎯 Requirements Current California driver’s license; 3+ years US license experience Clean driving record; pass criminal background check and drug test Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with collaboration tools Comfort with standard field equipment (laptops, tablets, smartphones) Excellent problem-solving; calm, resourceful under pressure Ability to work independently or in small groups; reliable and punctual 🎁 Benefits Base pay with benefits package (medical/dental/vision, daily meal reimbursement, PTO, company Base hourly rate of $27/hour for the afternoon/evening shift Weekend differential for Saturdays/Sundays Possible discretionary biannual contract completion bonus
