📋 Description Own sensor and perception feasibility for robotics/Physical AI requirements, define data-level Certify device feeds during pilots to meet ground-truth expectations and identify gaps early. Stay device-agnostic across XR headsets, mocap, data gloves, depth cameras, and IMU rigs; evaluate Translate sensor capabilities into client-facing and internal recommendations. Run and interpret sensor calibration/characterization (intrinsic/extrinsic, multi-sensor alignment). Partner with Robotics Applied AI engineers to build data-collection or perception pipelines. 🎯 Requirements 3–5 years hands-on in perception, sensing, or robotics ML with real sensor data. Personal sensor calibration expertise (intrinsic/extrinsic, multi-sensor alignment) and ability to Fluent 3D geometry skills: transformations, camera models, projection, coordinate frames. Direct experience with at least two of: optical/IR tracking, depth cameras, IMU rigs, optical Strong Python skills to turn specs into defensible feasibility analyses with quantitative accuracy.
