Senior Substation Engineer

📋 Description Reviewing and developing physical substation design packages and equipment layouts. Performing calculations like grounding studies, arc-flash, insulation coord, and related analyses. Preparing and reviewing material descriptions and equipment docs for substation components. Providing technical guidance to construction teams and project managers. Managing design activities, schedules, and cross-discipline coordination. Collaborating with internal teams and customer reps to meet specifications. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering. 5+ years in physical design of high-voltage substations. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Strong understanding of substation engineering principles and safety standards. Experience in engineering calculations and reviewing technical packages.
