📋 Description Oversee and develop the beer product range; manage budget for characterization, continuity and Lead projects for new fermentation products (yeasts, bacteria, micro-organism blends) and yeast Coordinate budgets with external and internal teams Communicate progress cross-functionally (marketing, regulatory, supply chain) Prepare promotional materials (data sheets, presentations) for market introduction Deliver scientific/technical presentations and publications globally
