Biochemistry Resource Manager

📋 Description Maintain tracker for ongoing work (method establishment, routine/stability testing) Provide forecasting info for stability/establishment work via tracker toolkit Generate invoice data packages to track spend/utilization per product Contribute to KPIs and metrics on quality, performance, and cost-efficiency Maintain/update tools and trackers to capture data and KPIs Create client reports summarizing metrics and insights by category/project 🎯 Requirements BSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Sciences, or related field Experience in FDA-regulated Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry Experience working in an FTE team or understanding of FTE teams Technical expertise in (Bio)Pharmaceutical Product testing preferred Lean and/or Six Sigma principles and Project Management Methodology Strong process improvement skills and MS Project, Excel proficiency 🎁 Benefits Full-time, with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays
