Enterpise TechOps (contractor)

📋 Description Own vendor intake, licensing, access provisioning (SSO/OIDC) and offboarding for enterprise AI Manage tool rationalisation and renewal to avoid duplicate or ungoverned AI tools. Provide Tier 1/2 support for AI tool issues and create internal docs and enablement content. Define and enforce acceptable use policy for enterprise AI tools across the organisation. Build licence utilisation reporting, cost-per-seat/tool tracking, and chargeback data for the Act as the single owner for each enterprise AI tool with governed access and visible cost/adoption 🎯 Requirements 2+ years' experience in IT operations, platform engineering, or SaaS/tool operations management. Experience managing enterprise software licensing, vendor relationships, and renewal cycles. Working knowledge of SSO/OIDC and enterprise access provisioning/offboarding workflows. Experience building cost, utilisation, or chargeback reporting for enterprise software.
