📋 Description Own admin, config, automation, permissions, and deployment for Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo, and Partner with tech teams to coordinate platform updates, releases, integrations, and enterprise Configure and support AI-powered features, including Salesforce AI, automated summaries, workflows Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions to boost efficiency and user Manage Gainsight administration: health scoring, dashboards, reporting, programs, automation, and Maintain Salesforce-Gainsight integrations by monitoring APIs, sync processes, data quality, and 🎯 Requirements 2+ years administering Salesforce and Gainsight in an enterprise setting. Experience configuring apps, automation workflows, permissions, integrations, and data management. Strong understanding of APIs, data synchronization, and cross-platform dependencies. Ability to analyze business needs and translate to scalable technical solutions. Analytical, troubleshooting, and data quality-focused mindset; reliability emphasis. Experience managing multiple priorities and collaborating with stakeholders. 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary range of $65,000 - $117,000 per year. 10% discretionary annual bonus opportunity.
