📋 Description Support sales team and manage projects from start to finish Provide friendly customer service to team members, customers, and factories Coordinate across departments to support invoicing, reporting, and project execution Track orders, schedules, and long-lead items to prevent delays Prepare and distribute project documentation and submittals per contract Oversee warranty administration and project closeout activities 🎯 Requirements Associate’s Degree in business or related field and 3+ years’ experience in customer service or Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage high-volume projects HVAC, mechanical contracting, engineering, or construction experience a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP systems, and related tools
