📋 Description Lead the Data Platform Team across Snowflake, governance, access, FinOps, ingestion, medallion Own the domain connections: one governed connection per data domain via MCP/server/API/SQL/event Define and enforce access controls, authentication, and authorization across all data domains. Drive platform cost governance, budgeting, and cost transparency for the data estate. Establish platform standards for performance, resilience, and security; shape the operating model. Partner with Security, Engineering, Product, and Security to ensure governance and scalability. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years in data engineering/platform engineering/architecture. 5+ years in a leadership role with platform strategy and team leadership. Hands-on Snowflake experience: architecture, performance tuning, security, WLM, FinOps. Experience with data governance programs and access models (RBAC, domain access). Proven data ingestion patterns (batch, CDC, streaming), medallion architectures.
