📋 Description Senior Designer leads our new Client Management pod; owns the calendar, scheduling, and messaging Design complex, state-heavy problems (availability, booking/reschedule, timezones, notifications) Ensure coherence with how providers manage their clients; reduce logistics time and keep Join an AI-first design team; use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and MagicPatterns to prototype and 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of product design experience on complex, workflow-heavy surfaces. Exceptional visual and interaction craft; sweat edge cases and states that make workflows Systems thinker who can turn messy, multi-state problems into coherent experiences. Data-informed — use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decisions. Strong cross-functional partner who collaborates with PM, Eng, and Data. Comfortable with AI prototyping tools (Claude Code, Cursor, MagicPatterns) as core to your workflow. 🎁 Benefits Equity compensation; base salary in the range $180,000 - $225,000 depending on location and Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; HSA / FSA; 401K.
