📋 Description Conduct daily pest and disease monitoring and scouting to ensure optimal plant health. Maintain up-to-date pesticide and preventative agent logs. Mix and apply pesticides, preventative agents, and caustic cleaning agents according to protocols. Operate and maintain Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers for IPM product applications. Apply IPM products and beneficial bugs to plants. Coordinate application schedules with the IPM Supervisor. 🎯 Requirements A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently. Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. and work on your feet or seated for extended periods. Adaptability and a keen eye for detail, especially in documentation and organization.
