Sourcing Manager, Food & Facilities

📋 Description Lead sourcing strategies for assigned categories to reduce risk and meet cost targets. Develop internal stakeholder relationships to create strategic sourcing models and drive cost Collaborate across functions and with suppliers to drive change and deliver results. Perform advanced quantitative analysis to assess financial impacts and define SLAs/KPIs for Balance cost and risk through multi-sourcing, diversification, and performance-based contracts. 🎯 Requirements Advanced degree with 3+ years in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, or supply chain; or Experience in purchasing or supply chain, especially in food industry and hospitality services. Experience managing facilities services (waste, janitorial, security, office supplies Technical skills in MS Office, SQL, PowerBI.
