📋 Description Lead high-impact Lean Six Sigma initiatives across fulfillment operations Standardize procedures to improve consistency, reliability, and efficiency across centers Manage end-to-end improvement projects from opportunity through sustainment Design pilots to validate improvements before deployment Collaborate with engineering/operations to enhance automated systems and workflows Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for senior stakeholders 🎯 Requirements Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma or 3+ years Lean Six Sigma in complex ops Proven experience leading end-to-end improvement projects with measurable outcomes Strong knowledge of process improvement, root cause analysis, and problem solving Experience with statistical tools (e.g., Minitab), process capability, hypothesis testing Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations Excellent communication to executives and non-technical audiences 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary range of $92,440 - $115,550 per year Remote work opportunity for eligible US locations Travel reimbursement for business-related visits Medical, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays
