Preferred: Master’s in electrical/mechanical/aerospace/materials engineering. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ownership of complex components from design to Experience in mechatronics or cross-disciplinary tech; programming in SQL, C++, C, Python. Knowledge of quality tools: DOE, SPC, RCA/CA, PFMEA, problem solving; experience in fast-paced 🎁 Benefits Base salary: Hardware Reliability Engineer/Level I: $100,000 – $117,500; Level II: $115,000 – Stock equity, bonuses, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan potential.
