Area Director- DD / IDD Services

📋 Description Oversees all residential programs and services across the assigned region. Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for individuals with Lead budget management, staffing, licensing, compliance, policy development, and program Collaborate with Area Managers, Program Directors, staff, and state management to drive growth and Focus on leadership development, operational excellence, compliance oversight, and financial 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required. 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services or related programs. 2+ years leadership experience overseeing multiple programs or sites. Knowledge of person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver services, and IDOH/CARF standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new tech platforms. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. 🎁 Benefits Work Schedule: Typically 8 AM – 5 PM EST with travel. 401K with employer match after one year.
