Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description Design and build eval and observability pipelines for AI features. Work across eval platforms, datasets, and production monitoring. Collaborate with eng and product to interpret results. Contribute to CI/CD gates to enforce quality before release. Operate in a hands-on, technical AI engineering role. Represent CreateFuture in client-facing and internal work. 🎯 Requirements Strong Python skills and hands-on AI engineering experience. Experience with evals and observability for AI models. Familiar with Braintrust, LangSmith, Arize or similar. Ability to design scoring pipelines and sanity-check scores. CI/CD fluency to wire eval gates into promotions.
