Machine Maintenance Supervisor (Starlink) - Multiple Shifts

📋 Description Lead maintenance operations for Starlink production and operations in a fast-paced manufacturing Build and develop a high-performing maintenance team of multi-skilled technicians. Manage schedules, workflows, and resources to maximize equipment uptime. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years in machining/maintenance or 5+ years in related fields; or 1+ year Experience leading multi-skilled technician teams and implementing maintenance metrics (Uptime Strong collaboration with engineering/planning to define PM/maintenance strategies. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work various shifts, including extended hours/weekends as needed.
