📋 Description Support all aspects of Brex’s commercial legal efforts, handling customer and vendor contracts Review, negotiate, and finalize customer agreements in partnership with sales and deal desk. Advise on contract terms, deal structures, and commercial legal risks across cross-functional Develop and implement commercial legal resources, policies, and workflows to improve contracting 🎯 Requirements Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to own initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 3-5 years’ experience in commercial law, in-house at tech companies or corporate/tech transaction Juris Doctor (JD) and active US bar membership. Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex tech and commercial contracts, customer-facing Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
