📋 Description The Software Engineer (Backend) will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Develop reliable, scalable backend services that support a compensation platform used by businesses Design and implement APIs, database solutions, and architectural improvements that enhance Build production-ready systems with strong testing practices, monitoring, observability, and Own features end-to-end, from technical discovery and design through implementation, deployment Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify 🎯 Requirements Strong backend engineering fundamentals with experience building and maintaining production systems. Experience developing scalable applications and services with a focus on reliability, performance Strong understanding of software testing, observability, monitoring, and production operations.
