📋 Description Deliver software and technical training to clients in group classes, online webinars, e-learning Conduct training needs analysis Design course materials, handouts, manuals, and exercises for diverse audiences Develop train-the-trainer and technical training packages Prepare learning environments and resources, including IT equipment setup Organise and market courses to meet learner and business needs 🎯 Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Knowledge of Adobe Captivate and Camtasia Experience with training methodologies and learning styles Ability to develop training strategies to meet customer needs Deliver training on software packages and technical infrastructure Design and construct training packages; conduct training needs analysis 🎁 Benefits 25 days paid holiday with buy/sell option (FTE) 4 x basic salary life assurance Group Pension Plan Flexible benefits to suit individual needs
