📋 Description Partner with clients to translate objectives into BC solutions. Configure, optimize, and customize Business Central environments. Manage support requests and resolve customer tickets. Troubleshoot system issues and provide remediation. Provide end-user training and ongoing guidance. Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years BC/NAV experience in consulting/support. 5+ years ERP customer support in fast-paced env. Strong BC configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization. Experience translating requirements into scalable ERP solutions. Solid Power Platform integration with BC. BC certifications strongly preferred. 🎁 Benefits Salary: $110,000 to $140,000 USD. Fully remote work environment in the United States.
