Critical Care RN – Home Health (NYC)

📋 Description Deliver high-acuity, one-on-one home health care for adult and pediatric clients in NYC area. Lead and support case openings, urgent coverage, and precept new nurses on the team. Travel to all five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Bronx.
