OTC – Collections (Executive and Senior Executive)

📋 Description Contact customers to collect overdue payments via email, phone, or portals Review AR aging to prioritize collection efforts and resolve disputes Monitor payment promises and follow up; post collections before financial close Escalate high-risk/unresponsive accounts to senior management Provide inputs to finance for cash flow forecasting and maintain audit records 🎯 Requirements Strong knowledge of Collections; working knowledge of SAP Finance module Experience in shared services/customer-facing environment Understanding of AR cycle, SOPs, and Excel metrics Good verbal and written communication; able to work in a high-growth, changing environment Self-motivated; able to collaborate with colleagues at all levels 🎁 Benefits Not specified
