📋 Description Own the roadmap and strategy for Scale’s SEAL Leaderboard portfolio, defining priorities across Lead cross-functional collaboration with AI-PM, ML, Engineering, Operations, and GTM teams to turn Partner with frontier AI labs and enterprise customers to understand evaluation needs and influence Define end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and benchmark design to launch, growth Drive governance, scoring frameworks, and data-driven insights to guide resource allocation and 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in product management, technical program management, consulting, or customer-facing Strong technical fluency in machine learning systems, AI model evaluation, benchmarking, or data Experience scaling products requiring coordination across engineering, operations, and business Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication to align cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills to translate market signals into clear product strategy.
