Product Manager, Beneficial Deployments (Labs)

📋 Description

• Own 0-to-1 moonshot bets to advance beneficial AI deployments
• Lead programs to bring Claude to nonprofits, public agencies, and mission-driven orgs
• Partner with researchers to translate emerging AI capabilities into user outcomes
• Build prototypes to validate ideas before scaling resources
• Define strategy and roadmap for experimental AI initiatives
• Drive access programs so beneficial organizations can deploy Claude

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped products at a large tech company and collaborated with engineering, legal, policy, GTM
• Deep technical background with experience shipping products with engineering teams
• Track record of products/programs reaching many users/organizations
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to new domains
• Creative risk/benefit thinking about new technologies beyond checklists
• Hands-on with emerging research and prototyping with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code)
